Abstract
Patients with cancer are hypercoagulable and at a significant risk for ischemic stroke, but rarely present with stroke as the first man-ifestation of an underlying malignancy. We report on two patients with bihemispheric, multi-territorial infarctions in the ab-sence of a cardioembolic source. (Korean J Stroke 2009;11:40-42)
